For this painting i used a board canvas, molding paste for texture which was done with bubble wrap and an old credit card. acrylic paint, black and white images, and oil pastels.

This is so funny! I just did a painting like this! I used cardboard for the tree branch instead of molding paste but that seems like a good idea too! Good to have stumbled upon your blog!
